COVID - 19 UPDATES - PLEASE READ
Covid-19 updates and mandates continue to change. If your group was due to travel in the months of March or April, please contact your group leader for trip status. Please do not make any further payments for trips occurring in March or April, 2020. This notice DOES NOT serve as a cancellation confirmation but simply as a preventative measure for our spring groups and customers until trip status is confirmed.
If you are a parent of a student traveler, or a travel participant, and the trip is already canceled or will be rescheduled please be aware that we are in contact with your group leader(s). All relative information is being shared with them as it pertains to your trip and the rebooking/refund process, as it is available.
Please, we respectfully request that you do not call our office. Due to the extreme increase in call/email volume we are receiving, our response may be delayed. The unprecedented nature of the crisis we are all facing has crippled the entire travel industry, but rest assured that we are working tirelessly with our vendor partners, on your behalf, to recoup the most attainable refund possible.
